Our restaurant named, "KUROFUNE", an authentic Japanese restaurant chain with over 300 branches across Japan, specializes in delicious UNAGI (eel) and TEMPURA dishes is now opening in Malate, Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high standard of service and quality.

 - Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

 - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

 - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.

 - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

 - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for both guests and staff.

 - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality, presentation and cleanliness.

 - Regularly report on restaurant performance, issues, and improvements to the owner.

 - Marketing and promotion through social media, and any other channels

Qualifications:

 - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role for at least 2 years.

 - Strong leadership and organizational skills.

 - Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems including fooddelivery systems.

 - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

 - Knowledge of social media promotion and marketing

 - English communication skill. 

 - Japanese speaker is a plus.
