Talent Manager, Makati

Your role as a Talent Manager, will require you to work closely with HCN exclusive creators to launch engaging paid social campaigns on their channels. You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch creative ideas to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimise for good results. 

• Full management and representation of HCN exclusive creators in campaigns and engagements.
• Collaborate with HCN exclusive creators to pitch creative ideas to Brands and Agencies. This may also involve cross-team pitching (e.g. propose suitable creators for campaign amplification)
• Manage and mentor HCN exclusive creators on how to post responsibly on social media and collaborate professionally with clients. 
• Manage campaigns by ensuring campaigns objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
• Handle inbound enquiries regarding HCN exclusive creator engagements and potential campaigns.
• Prepare campaign reports on key learnings/recommendations.
