Sales and Accounts Supervisor (IOI)

Salary: PhP38,900.00 - Php42,400.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Development of Sales and Accounts Management Plan framed QUARTERLY and MONTHLY: 1. Target setting

2.Target allocation: Acquisition vs. Current account nurturing

3. New account acquisition target allocation

4. Current Account Target allocation by Account

5. Target allocationby service

2. Development and presentation of Pitch Decks for clients (both current and prospective) 3. Guiding and supervising Accounts Managers in project cost optimization and management: 1. Identifying expenses necessary for the completion of projects according to timeline, budget, and expectations.

2. Optimizing budget for external expenses to account for no more than 40-60% of the project revenue.

4. Monitoring and management of quarterly sales and profitability
