Accounting Specialist, Mandaluyong

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for securing the companys taxes, assisting in updating financial records, and statements for compliance with laws and regulations. This position requires reconciling the account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with tax audits and tax return
• Ensure accounting compliance, direct internal and external audits
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
• Provide technical support on Accounting Management
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Supervise the work of the accounting assistants and associates
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
