IT- Tech Support, Mandaluyong

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Tech Support Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to staff and users via phone, email, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network problems, operating systems, and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network hardware.
• Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and workstations.
• Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure system security and data integrity.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies, software, and IT policies.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Support network and server administration as needed, under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
