Store Helper, Manila

Stocking & Inventory Management:

• Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and stocking shelves.
• Organize and rotate stock to ensure products are displayed according to store standards and are easily accessible.
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained by assisting with inventory counts and reporting stock shortages to management.

Store Organization & Cleanliness:

• Keep the store clean, organized, and free of clutter. Regularly sweep, mop, and wipe down shelves and aisles.
• Ensure that all products are neatly arranged and that displays are attractive and easy for customers to browse.

Customer Assistance:

• Assist customers by answering basic questions, directing them to the right product, and helping them carry their purchases if needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service by ensuring the store is well-stocked and the environment is pleasant for shopping.

Product Handling & Safety:

• Handle products with care and ensure they are safely stored or displayed.
• Follow all store safety guidelines to prevent accidents, including safe handling of equipment and goods.

Assisting with Sales & Promotions:

• Help set up promotional displays and ensure that special offers or discounts are clearly visible to customers.
• Assist in preparing the store for sales events or seasonal promotions.

General Store Support:

• Assist with store opening and closing duties, including setting up or securing the store.
• Help with light administrative tasks such as labeling, tagging, or inventory reporting.
