Store Personnel, Paranaque

Customer Service:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
• Answer questions about products, services, and promotions.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, striving for resolution.

Sales and Promotions:

• Promote sales and upsell products based on customer needs and store promotions.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets.

Inventory Management:

• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
• Notify management of low-stock items or products that need restocking.

Store Presentation:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and appropriately priced.
• Assist with visual merchandising as directed by management.

Cash Handling:

• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Follow store policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.

Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively with other store personnel to meet sales and operational goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Other Duties:

• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
