Account Officer, Pasay

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting accounting functions in the company. The Account Officer will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review and verify accounting data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in improving and streamlining accounting processes and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the finance manager or supervisor.
