Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
- Provide support to team members and department heads in terms of resources, communication, organizational needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, stakeholders and clients through handling of phone calls, emails, general inquiries and management of daily schedule.
- Manage meeting and travel schedules including organizing business trips and events.
- Maintain and manage office records, both physical and electronic, and ensure compliance with the legal or company policies and protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of supplies, office equipment and maintenance as including budget preparation and tracking of office expenses.
- Any related Administrative and Generalist tasks
