Event Runner (Part-Time), Manila

Event Setup and Breakdown:

• Assist in the setup of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Help with the breakdown and cleanup of the venue after events.
• Logistical Support:
• Transport materials and supplies to and from event locations.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment is available and in working order.

Guest Assistance:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the event.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or needs during the event.
• Coordination with Vendors:
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Assist in managing vendor setup and coordination during events.

On-Site Support:

• Provide on-the-ground support to event coordinators, helping to manage schedules and timelines.
• Address any issues that arise during the event promptly and efficiently.

Post-Event Duties:

• Assist in collecting feedback from guests and vendors after the event.
• Help with inventory management and storage of event materials.
