Description

Promote and sell Patio Pacific Resort products and services.
Respond to all inquiries of clients thru email, mobile and sales missions as well as assist clients in their needs and bookings.
In charge of data collection of prospective clients and monitor client preferences.
Prepare proposals and quotations and provide information regarding our food, facilities and services offerings.
Handle inquiries from negotiating the terms of an agreement to closing of sales with coordination from the Sales Manager. Ensure bookings are within sales parameters.
Provide necessary information about the market in order to efficiently address their needs through marketing. Assist in marketing plans and events for Boracay.
Should conducts business ethically with utmost sincerity, keeping business deals confidential.
Respond to customers request, comments and complaints in a courteous and professional manner at all times. All communications should be made professionally and customer service oriented.
Ensure that all incoming calls, emails are answered with proper greetings and telephone etiquette.
Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new clients.
Should know how and when to impose deadlines and delegates tasks.
Help conceptualize problems and suggest positive alternatives or solutions.
Develop & maintain files and history of bookings, data & information of various types of accounts.
Maintain constant communication with immediate supervisor and with other support department/s as necessary.
