Administrative Support:

• Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants and ensure timely follow-up with service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Event Planning:

• Help organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community among tenants.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of tenant information, maintenance requests, and property-related documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and tracking of property expenses.

Collaboration:
