What we're looking for

We're looking for a highly adaptive site specialist who can be of support to United Neon Advertising Inc. in delivering efficient site-based duties. The site specialist must have a sense of ownership and is accountable to whatever he/she does.

• Site acquisition and account management;
• Documents preparation;
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Development Team;
• Present campaigns to clients and site owners;
• Prepare pitch and decks for sales presentation;
• Provide data requested by client (e.g. availability of sites, rates, date of installations, photos, etc.);
• Conduct research and assessment on clients and applicable current market trends;
• Evaluate and recommend current and best approaches that are applicable in addressing UNAIs business development concerns.
• Collaborate with members of staff and management in planning business development activities by collecting and sharing industrial and market intelligence to overcome competition;
• Build and maintain a strong positive relationship with site owners and clients;
• Attend meetings in behalf of the Business development head;
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
