  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing sites for speed, security, and SEO.
  • Maintain the WordPress instance for the financial product database and containerized applications.
  • Create and enhance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring crossbrowser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Develop and/or maintain containerized applications for Key Facts Sheets, ensuring at least 99% uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to database performance or containerized applications functionality.
  • Collaborate with a decentralized team to: implement new features and functionality, as well as trouble-shoot on WordPress and containerized application platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of WordPress and containerized applications to ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage MySQL server to oversee and maintain the financial product database.
  • Ensure cohesive integration between front-end and back-end systems, debugging and resolving technical issues across the stack.
  • Assume the role of Lead Developer for all aspects associated with WordPress within the team.
  • Document processes and procedures for maintaining the WordPress instance and associated services.
  • Lead the knowledge transfer process in-house from current out-sourced developers.
