HR Business Partner, Benguet

Are you a strategic HR professional with strong BPO experience? Were looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive people strategies that support operational excellence and business growth in a high-volume contact center environment.

What Youll Do:

Partner with Operations and Site Leaders to align HR strategies with business goals

Lead employee relations, investigations, and labor compliance (Philippine Labor Code / DOLE)

Drive performance management and talent development initiatives

Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics reporting

Implement engagement and retention programs to reduce attrition

Collaborate with Payroll, TA, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle management

Act as escalation point for complex HR cases and support audits

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

Strong BPO / shared services background

Solid experience in:

Employee Relations & Case Handling

Philippine Labor Law Compliance

Performance Management

Workforce Planning & HR Analytics

Experience supporting 300+ headcount

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Proficient in HRIS & MS Excel

Preferred:

Experience with global clients or multinational BPOs

Exposure to transitions, ramp-ups, or workforce migration

HR certification (CHRP, CHRMP, or equivalent)
