Food Server, Iloilo

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Server to join our team. The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables during the meal and addressing any concerns.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with side duties such as stocking supplies, folding napkins, or polishing utensils.
