A Food Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. They take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menus and offer detailed knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

Order Delivery:

• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check back with customers to ensure their satisfaction during the meal.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally.

Cleanliness and Organization:

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
• Set tables with proper utensils, glassware, and linens for new guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and silverware.
• Support colleagues during busy periods or special events.
