Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items and beverages.

Order Management:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guests dining experience and promptly address their needs, such as refilling drinks or providing additional condiments.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food handling and service meet standards.
