Description

The Admin Specialist provides comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

* Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.

* Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.

* Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

* Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.


Project Support:

* Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.

* Collect and organize data for reports and presentations.

* Prepare and submit expense reports.


Communication & Coordination:

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.

* Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.


Data Entry & Management:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.

* Prepare and submit reports as required.


Other Duties as Assigned:

* Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
