Operations Assistant, Bulacan

Sorting and Processing:

o Oversee the efficient sorting, processing, and recycling of raw materials to meet production demands.

o Monitor the workflow to ensure consistency and quality in operational processes.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination:

o Collaborate with suppliers and vendor partners to secure a steady and cost-effective supply of raw materials.

o Address supply chain disruptions promptly to avoid production delays.

Process Optimization:

o Identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

o Implement strategies to streamline operations and achieve cost savings.

Performance Monitoring:

o Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve operational performance.

o Prepare detailed reports on operational metrics, identifying trends and recommending actionable solutions.

Staff Training and Development:

o Train and mentor team members to build a high-performing, knowledgeable workforce.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration:

o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff and crew personnel.

Maintenance Scheduling and Coordination:
