Account Officer, Pangasinan

Client Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and satisfaction.

Sales and Portfolio Management:

• Identify and acquire potential new clients.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure performance and compliance with company standards.
• Promote company products and services, such as loans, investments, or other financial services.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Facilitate the preparation, review, and submission of account-related documents (e.g., loan applications, contracts, agreements).
• Ensure all client accounts are compliant with government regulations (e.g., BSP regulations) and internal company policies.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and monitor the performance of accounts, including payments, collections, and transactions.
• Prepare periodic reports on account status, risks, and opportunities.

Problem-Solving and Risk Management:

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate issues related to client accounts.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other departments such as credit evaluation, collections, and operations to address client needs.
• Support the implementation of strategies to meet company goals and targets.
