Overall coordinator of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and other related activities
Overall in-charge in QA/QC
Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
Reviews and recommends disciplinary actions to be implemented on erring personnel in accordance with the company rules, policies and applicable procedures
Monitor, review and check the daily delivery
Knowledgeable to MSA Study
Can repair different kinds of Measuring tools and Equipment
Reviews and update the overall efficiency and affectivity
Reviews effectiveness and corrective actions. Checks and reviews process improvement
Correlation to gather with the engineer especially during trial of new parts
Serve as customer interface for all needed information regarding quality
Prepares KPI of QA/QC monthly
In charge of all RTV inspection
New product development
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Work compliance auditor
In charge to all customer presentation
Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
Weekly update of flow out of inspectors in lot monitoring and 100% inspection
Check all plastic mold conditions especially in times of customer complain
Internal Auditor
Check the effectiveness of other department corrective action
Established internal calibration saves 2Million Pesos
Dimensional Metrology and calibration Trainor
Allocation of manpower for daily basis
Established work compliance design in QA processes
Create improvement of technique or strategy on how can we support more the customers needs
