Building Maintenance Staff, Bulacan

Description

Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers).
Replaces broken windows; repair doors; door locks and closets; installs window blinds.
Completes checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records.
May install computer cable.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.
Performs outside custodial duties such as vicinity cleanliness.
May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, order parts as needed.
Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning the surfaces.
Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
Fix minor plumbing leaks.
Fix minor electrical problems
Identify and report possible repairs.
Monitoring building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are prevented.
