We're looking for a reliable, kind, and committed Personal Assistant to support a semi-retired rescue shelter owner and estate administrator. This is a meaningful, multi-faceted role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
^Assist with day-to-day admin and personal tasks
^Manage calendars, schedule meetings & coordinate appointments
^Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
^Organize digital and physical files/documents
^Handle errands, coordinate personal events & tasks
^Help with managing websites, posting ads (jobs/rentals/sales)
^Shelter inspections, follow-ups & reporting (training provided)
^Order, coordinate & deliver shelter/rescue supplies
^Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters
^May include occasional evening or weekend availability
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Experience as a personal or executive assistant (or similar role)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- A valid driver’s license (car provided)
- A genuine love for dogs and cats
- The ability to work independently and honestly
- Willingness to learn shelter-related tasks
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and discreet
- English-speaking or understanding
- Willing to secure NBI, Police, or Barangay clearance
- Formal education is preferred but not required – we’re open to training the right person who has heart and work ethic.
