Role Purpose:

In this role, you will deliver accounting, taxation and associated business services to a diverse client base, including small and medium enterprises and individual clients. You will work with clients operating through various structures such as trusts, partnerships and companies.

Do:

• Provide accounting and taxation services tailored to clients' needs
• Prepare income tax returns and financial statements while adhering to budgets
• Prepare and review activity statements
• Liaise with ATO and government bodies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Have:

• A degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Australian tax and business advisory services (desirable but not required)
• Public practice accounting experience (desirable)
• CPA or undertaking and seeking to commence CPA
• Exposure to timesheets and budget adherence
• Experience with CGT, GST, PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax and Division 7a
• Technical proficiency in MSOffice, MYOB, Xero, QBO, Reckon
• A can-do attitude
• Initiative to solve problems
