• Loan Application Processing: Review and evaluate loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Refund Processing: Verify and process client refund requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursement.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of loan applications, refunds, and client correspondence.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to clarify application details, request additional information, and provide updates on loan or refund statuses.
• Compliance: Ensure all processing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and data privacy requirements.
