- Maintain organized records of business transactions. invoices, and client details.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Monitor Office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to support ongoing projects
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform other tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
