• Tasked to ensure smooth operations of the branch
• Effective leadership and proper management of the team performance
• Effectively guide his/her people through coaching, mentoring, developing tools to drive them towards excellent performance
• Must bring all members together, walk and work with them towards achieving the goal
• Reinforce team members to render exceptional and remarkable service for both internal and external customers
• Make the team be able to convey the unique selling proposition of the brand, which is through offering and putting great value on the Eyecare 360
• Ensures profitability of the branch
• Makes sure there are right programs/activities that would support the branch achieve its sales target
• Must be able to create and maintain relationships with all Head Office and Practice Partners, Vendors that can support the sales programs for continuity of the business.
• Highly people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills as he or she negotiates and converse with different clientele
