Primary responsible for the end to end process of recruitment
Updates 201 files and employee master list from time to time
Monitor employee attendance
Time keeping and payroll
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Ensures an activity or event is being conducted every month to create a harmonious relationship across the organization
