We are a fast expanding food trading and food service business with 170 employees. We have a very open and transparent culture with a lot of freedom for employees with initiative. Our office is based at the border between Taguig and Pasig, Barangay Ibayo-Tipas. Commuting there can be challenging and we therefore only accept applications with relative short commuting distance or willingness to re-locate.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct all HR administrative processes
• Payroll preparation in automated payroll system
• Search and recruitment of rank and file employees
• Onboarding process for new staff
• Upkeep of employee records along with legal requirements
• Enforcing HR disciplinary standards and providing of reports to management like absences, lates reporting etc.
• Ensure legal compliance for any HR relevant processes (e.g. terminations) and representation of the company for possible DOLE hearings
• Contact point for all staff regarding any HR admin related process
• Organizing of employee engagement activities
• Submission of reports to government agencies and any other HR relevant task in the company.
