Procurement and Inventory Controller, Paranaque

Galleria Ceramica, a respected player in the Tile Industry is looking for a dynamic and committed individual for the role of Inventory Management Officer.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records through the company's inventory management software, and assist in optimizing stock levels by accomplishing the following:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit discrepancies.
• Receive, record, and manage stock shipments.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and reports.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile inventory variances.
• Support order fulfillment and inventory turnover initiatives.
• Assist in the importation process (documentation and inspection/testing) and coordinate and monitor the arrival of shipments.
• Familiarity with eCount software is a plus.
