Lighting and furniture expereince/s is an advantage.
Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills.

Knowledge of CAD software, sage system and others
Create or improve products, bridging technical engineering with strategic market needs Oversee the entire product cycle from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and manufacturing
Guiding design, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure specifications and quality standards are met, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Working with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align product features with customer needs and cost goals
Ensuring quality and efficiency.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, along with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Technical expertise with people management, design to team leadership.
