Purchasing Supervisor in Clark Pampanga upto 50k


-MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE
-Must be willing to travel
-3-5 years’ experience in a Comprehensive Procurement work functions.
-2 or 5 year degree course in business administration and Science related studies


Responsible for Supply Chain Management of all commodities to support the Company’s requirements while consistently seeking the best product for the best value


-Manage supplier base while proactively seeking and developing new suppliers that strategically fit within Company’s annual operating plan.
-Direct staff in the process daily requisitions, expedite deliveries, resolve quality issues and adjust supply chain as required.
-Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely, cost effective solutions to support new products and improvements.
-Set standard costs and lead times for all commodities
-Maintain all related part number data in SAP and related systems.
-Conducts Supplier monthly performance evaluation thru KPI.
-Manage multiple tasks and programs to ensure uninterrupted supply to the operation.
-Interact with internal and external suppliers and customers.
-Resolve invoicing exceptions with suppliers and internal Accounts Payable Dept.
-Develop, implement and manage cost savings ideas.
-Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships.
-Effectively communicate with cross-functional Teams.
-Maintain confidentiality and security on the levels of productivity and quality based on company standard.
-Deliver results in accordance with the set goals and target.
-Prepare purchasing report.
-Additional purchasing responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
-Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head/supervisor/team leader in terms for Food Safety System Implementation
-Comply with OPRP plan and ensure that products are free from food safety hazards
