Salary: Up to 30,000 Salary Package

Job Requirements:

At least 6 months of BPO experience is required.

At least SHS graduate. Open for college undergrads.

Ability to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Amenable to work 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

• Switch between multiple tools, databases, and websites quickly while talking to a customer.
• Handle complaints professionally and try to solve them on the first contact.
• Listen carefully to understand the customers needs and provide the right solutions.
