Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, managing, and developing relationships with influencers, content creators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support the company's marketing, branding, and sales objectives. This role oversees the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including talent sourcing, negotiations, campaign management, performance tracking, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Management teams to ensure influencer partnerships effectively increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential KOLs/influencers whose audience, image, and expertise align with the brand's target market and goals.
  • Maintain and expand a network of KOLs across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and industry-specific channels).
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and their agencies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all KOL-related communications.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product) to align KOL content with overall strategies and product launches.
  • Develop detailed content briefs and manage timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Negotiate compensation, deliverables, and contract terms with KOLs or their representatives.
  • Manage budgets for all influencer-related activities.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, sales, and ROI.
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or any related field.
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.
  • Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms and trends (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital content and influencer trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
