Customer Service Representative - MULTIPLE LOBs

Location: Pasig City

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Up to 21k Salary Package

Job Requirements:

No prior BPO experience required!

At least SHS graduate. College undergrads are also welcome to apply!

Ability to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complaints professionally and try to solve them on the first contact.
• Listen carefully to understand the customers needs and provide the right solutions.
