Coordinate daily operations and workflows within the healthcare team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational goals and KPIs
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Ensure compliance with healthcare processes, billing standards, and client requirements
Handle escalations and support process improvements
Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree
Experience Level: 23 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO setup handling a US Healthcare account | Experience in Hospital Billing Audit is required
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team
Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions: Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
Experience with the EPIC Platform is an advantage
