HIRING CSR | OPEN TO NO BPO EXPERIENCE, Pasig

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. No prior BPO or call center experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Maintain a positive and friendly customer experience

Document customer interactions and update records accurately

Follow company procedures and quality standards

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals

QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

No BPO experience required

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer navigation skills

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Willing to learn and undergo training
