Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and close sales for HR software products.

Conduct product demos and explain software features.

Identify client needs and recommend solutions.

Maintain client relationships and meet sales targets.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR Management, or related field.

Experience in software or HR-related sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Understanding of basic HR processes.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work  independently or as part of a team.
