  • Assist in managing sales processes and maintaining sales records.
  • Coordinate communication between sales team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting sales performance.
  • Maintain and organize sales databases and documentation.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks to improve efficiency.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree.
  • Experience Level: With Administrative Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic to advance skills in MS Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint)
  • Knowlegeable with order processing, PO retrieval, pre-delivery preparation, and delivery coordination. If not knowleageable, as long as trainable
  • Decent Communication skills - both speaking and writing (composing emails)
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Okay working under agency (PERSONNEL DEPOT MANPOWER RESOURCES INC.)
