JOB SUMMARY:

Introduces/offer, promotes, sells and collect, specific products of the company in an assigned zone or basic geographic sales subdivision; do other related duties as maybe assigned.

1.0 Sales Performance

1.1 Ensure the attainment of assigned target in terms of Sales Performance and Gross Profit.

1.2 Develop potential customer per year.

2.0 Coverages and Booking

A. Coverages and Booking Process

2.1 Promotion, product demo.

2.2 Submission of price proposals or quotations

2.3 Submission of samples for product evaluation

2.4 Booking of orders received from customers.

Monitor movement and display of all items delivered to Mercury Drug Stores as applicable.

B. Customer Services

2.5 Check status of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction (complete/incomplete delivery)

2.6 Receives stocks returned by the different customers and ensure that correct quantity and item description tally with RGS form and endorse to Warehouse. Reconcile with warehouse receiver as needed.

2.7 Receive and conform customer complaints, if there any.

Compliance with Finance

C. Collection and Outstanding Reports

2.8 Monitor all pending vouchers for private and government accounts to determine cause of delays of payments.

2.9 Make customers discount or adjustment approval slip signed by the immediate supervisor and submit after collection together with a photocopy of official receipt, sales invoice and vouchers.

2.10 Ensure that collections are properly collected depending on terms of payments.

2.11 Make sure that outstanding Delivery Receipt (D.R.), bonds and tax certificate are properly monitor and collect.

2.12 Make sure to collect and submit on time all due taxes.

D. Bidding Process

2.12 Responsible in the preparation of government bidding documents, etc.

2.13 Responsible in handling communication with customers and office staff.

3.0 Responsibility for Company Properties

3.1 Extend utmost care to all company vehicles, detail bag, brochures, order form, Official Receipt (O.R.) Cellphone, etc.

4.0 Other Task and Responsibilities

4.1 Submit the following reports to sales supervisor (Competitors price, new player competitor, bidding activities, sales prospect, 90 and 120 days account status). Monitor POS order from Mercury Drugstores- for ISS and provincial sales representative.

4.2 Make suggestions to the sales supervisors on what different methods and strategies and how to integrate them so that the sales will improve and increase.

4.3 Submit daily coverage report to the supervisor and sales manager every 15th and 30th of the month. (Itinerary report)

5.0 Audit, Emergency, Etc.

5.1 Performing delivery in case of emergency

5.2 Attend conventions and product launching. Perform product knowledge and demonstrations during scheduled MDC DSTC.

5.3 Must have at least 3 months notice of separation/resignation for proper endorsement of job responsibilities.
