About the Role

Sales Rain is looking for a Real-Estate/Seat-Leasing Assistant (Office-Based) to support our Sales Manager in prospecting, client engagement, and documentation. This role is best suited for someone with exceptional English communication skills who wants to build a career in sales and client relations within the BPO office leasing industry.

Qualifications

Exceptional verbal English communication skills

Experience in sales, client relations, or account management preferred but not required

Background in real estate selling or leasing is an advantage but not required

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office and email communication tools

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in contacting prospects via emails, phone calls, and messages

Schedule and coordinate meetings and ocular visits with potential clients

Prepare sales documents and draft agreements

Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions

Support client engagement, follow-ups, and other sales-related tasks
