KITCHEN TECHNICIAN, Pasig

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Technician to join our team in a 4 star hotel in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and refrigeration units
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen appliances and systems, and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure kitchen equipment is functioning optimally to support food preparation and service

What we're looking for

• With experience as a kitchen technician or in a similar role
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen environment
