Description


      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.

      Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently.

      Previous experience may be required, but would be an advantage, especially if applicants have worked as a Customer Services Clerk in Shipping and Logistics previously.


Responsibilities

       Coordinate and monitor end to end operation process

       Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.

       Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).

       Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.

       Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.

       Customer Service and administration of Logistics movements manage; booking requests, Job Rego, Workflow, Costings, Reporting, CHC Weekends and Emails.
