Healthcare RCM Head, Pasig

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations. In this role, you will set the strategic direction for client engagements, oversee large-scale delivery teams, and drive operational excellence across revenue cycle functions. You will play a key role in shaping business growth, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and implementing innovative solutions that improve performance, productivity, and patient financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategic direction of revenue cycle managed services engagements for healthcare clients.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-functional, multi-level teams to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships to drive trust, growth, and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote and implement innovative solutions, including technology-enabled improvements and automation.
• Mentor, coach, and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and firm policies.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and client-focused culture across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 14+ years of solid experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting.
• Strong background in leading large-scale teams and enterprise-level client engagements.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and service excellence.
• Strong experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business growth.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
