- Monitoring of Job orders done by the Services department including follow up of PO and billings.
- Responsible in preparing JO semi-annual report required by DOLE
- Time keeping of overtime rendered per JO
- Others task as needed by the Services related in JO
- Responsible in preparing/complying to submit needed documents for the processing of Accreditation of New clients and Renewal of existing clients.
- Monitoring remittance of commission from Sales.
- Responsible in presenting the Annual Budget Report for Marketing and Service Department to the Top Management.
