As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will handle medical-related concerns of US clients and providers. Your responsibilities include reviewing healthcare claims, assisting with billing inquiries, checking claim status, explaining EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and ensuring accurate account resolution.
