Onsite | Shifting Schedule

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with billing, account concerns, products, and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction

• At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
• Must have at least 6 months of Call Center Experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
