Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and customer communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling social media accounts, responding to online inquiries, tracking customer orders, and creating engaging content for our platforms.

• Manage daily social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages
• Monitor and track online inquiries and customer orders
• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts and promotions
• Coordinate with customers regarding order updates and concerns
• Help increase online engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain organized records of inquiries and online transactions
• Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns and promotions

• Experience in social media management, customer service, or digital marketing is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and other social media tools
• Knowledge in Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
