HR Recruiter, Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct daily in-depth assessment and screening of applicants from different areas
2. Recruit and conduct initial interviews of applicants
3. Build applicant sources by coordinating with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online job platforms
4. Attract applicants through job advertisements, recruiter coordination, and various job sites
5. Determine applicant qualifications through interviews, response analysis, reference checking, and job requirement matching
6. Ensure qualified candidates are properly endorsed based on position requirements
7. Comply with recruitment lead time requirements endorse at least three (3) qualified applicants within seven (7) days upon receipt of MRF
8. Provide full support to the Recruitment Team for REGASCO Group
9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent problem-identification and resolution skills
3. Ability to interact and work with all levels of employees
4. Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
5. Willing to do fieldwork
6. Can start ASAP
